Refund Policy – Meepra Web Solutions

At Meepra Web Solutions, we are committed to delivering measurable SEO results by strictly adhering to Google’s guidelines and best industry practices. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer a structured refund policy should performance benchmarks not be met.

If your website's ranking does not improve by at least 30% within six months for the core keywords we have selected, we will provide an additional 3 months of SEO services at no extra cost until your website rankings improve.

Please note: This policy does not include any monetary refund or compensation.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Cancellation Before Six Months

   If the client terminates the contract before the completion of the six-month period, no refund will be issued for any services rendered.

2. Third-party SEO Involvement

   If another SEO agency is hired during the contract period, Meepra Web Solutions will not be liable for any damages or drop in performance. This is because conflicting strategies may violate Google’s guidelines, for which we cannot be held responsible.

3. Access Restrictions

   If the client refuses to grant necessary access or authorization for us to perform SEO activities as per current best practices, they will forfeit eligibility for any refund or compensation.

4. Domain Blacklisting

   We are not responsible for any refund if the domain is blacklisted due to actions taken by the client or third parties acting on behalf of the client.

5. Business Closure or URL Change

   No compensation or refund will be provided in the event that the client’s business shuts down or if there is a change in domain/URL that impacts the originally agreed keyword strategy.

6. Unauthorized Website Changes

   If the client or a third-party makes changes to core SEO elements (especially on the homepage) without our knowledge, this will render the refund policy invalid.

7. Non-compliance with On-Page Recommendations

   If the client opts to follow on-page SEO strategies recommended by another company instead of ours, they will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
